Who we are

This policy covers impex.id, the corporate website of Impex, and the Impex Account service that signs you in to Impex products. Each product (Impex Academy, Impex Tools, Impex Fund and, when launched, Impex Hub and Impex OS) has its own policy for the data it holds.

What we collect

When you create an Impex Account: your name, email address, password (stored hashed), optional phone and company, language preference, and the time and network address of sign-ins. When you contact us: the details you type into the form. When you visit the site: standard server logs and, only if analytics is enabled and you have not opted out, aggregated usage measurement.

Why we use it

To operate your account and sign you in to Impex products, to answer your messages, to keep the service secure (rate limiting, abuse detection, security notifications), and to understand how the site is used in aggregate.

Sharing with Impex products

When you use “Continue with Impex Account” in a product, that product receives your Impex ID, name, email address and language, and nothing else. You can see which products are connected under Account → Connected apps and disconnect any of them.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists. Verification codes are deleted after 24 hours, security events after 180 days, contact messages after one year. Deleting your account removes your profile data immediately and keeps only an anonymised record so your Impex ID is never reissued.

Your choices

Edit your profile, change your password, review sessions and connected apps, or delete your account at any time under Account. For anything else, write to contact@impex.id.
