By downloading, accessing, or using the IMPEX application ("App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You agree to be bound by these terms when you use the App, website, and related IMPEX services.

2. Eligibility and Account

- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

- You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and according to these terms. You must not:

- misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the App;

- attempt unauthorized access to systems or user accounts;

- upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content;

- use content or materials from the App without permission.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, course materials, software, and media in the App are owned by IMPEX or licensed to IMPEX and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Payments and Transactions

- Certain features may require payment.

- Prices, billing cycles, and payment methods are shown in the App.

- You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

- Refunds, if any, are subject to IMPEX policy and applicable law.

6. User Content

If you submit content (comments, uploads, feedback), you confirm you have rights to that content and grant IMPEX a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for operating and improving services.

7. Suspension and Termination

IMPEX may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, applicable law, or misuse the App.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. IMPEX does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMPEX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

IMPEX may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

IMPEX (developer/store listing name: IMPEX) provides users with a clear way to request deletion of personal data.

Steps to request deletion:

2) Use subject line: "Data Deletion Request - IMPEX App"

3) Include account identifiers (registered email/phone and user ID if available)

4) State whether you want:

- Full account deletion, or

- Partial deletion (specific data categories)

Verification and processing:

- We may request identity verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.

- After successful verification, we process requests and confirm completion by email.

Types of data deleted:

- Account profile data (name, profile details, avatar, user metadata)

- Learning activity data tied to the account (progress, notes, interactions where applicable)

- Device/session association data (such as push token/session records where applicable)

Types of data that may be kept:

- Financial/payment transaction records and invoices

- Security, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance logs

- Records required by law, tax, audit, dispute resolution, or law-enforcement requests

Retention periods for kept data:

- Data retained for legal/compliance reasons is stored only for the required retention period under applicable law.

- If no specific legal period applies, IMPEX retains only as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business and security purposes, then deletes or anonymizes it.
